Yummy brown rice, mozza cheese, and mushroom casserole.
Ingredients
- Brown Rice
- Cream of Mushroom Soup
- Mozzarella Cheese
- Mushrooms
- Celery
- Garlic
- Salt-n-Pepper
- Optional: Chicken or Hamburger
Directions
- Cook two cups brown rice (usually makes six servings).
- While cooking rice: slice mushrooms (lots),grate one pound mozza cheese, chop celery.
- After rice is cooked, add cream of mushroon soup, seasonings, and mix.
- Layer rice, mushrooms, mozza cheese (and chicken or hamburger if you so choose) as many times as you like in a casserole pan.
- Bake for 20 minutes (covered) at 350 degrees farenheight.
- Enjoy!
- Serve with fresh spinach salad and garlic bread.
