- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 2 cups of milk
- 1 cup parmesan cheese
- Melt the butter, stir in the flour.
- Slowly add the milk.
- Add the parmesan cheese and a pinch of oregano.
- Microwave till boiling (approximately 6 minutes), stirring every 2 minutes.
