Healthy and yummy, if I have ever cooked dinner for you, the chances are very high that I made this.
Ingredients
- 1 dash olive oil
- frozen chicken breast for each person
- 1/2 cup frozen pearl onions for each person
- 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
- pepper
- oregano
- garlic salt
Directions
- Heat olive oil in fry pan. When the olive oil jumps when you flick water on it, add the frozen chicken breast.
- Shake spices on top of chicken while it browns on the underside. Flip chicken over, and shake spices on that side while the other side browns.
- Add pearl onions.
- Pour apple cider vinegar over dish. Chicken breast should be resting in apple cider, but not drowning.
- Cover pan.
- Turn stove down to medium low, and simmer for twenty minutes or so. Apple cider vinegar will mostly boil away.
- Serve immediately.
