Goes well with Festive Cheese Ball.

Ingredients

• 12 oz. white chunk tuna or albacore
• 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
• 1/2 cup sweet onion, diced
• 1/4 tsp Tabasco sauce
• 1 Tbsp chili sauce
• 1 Tbsp dried parsley

Directions

1. Add all ingredients except tuna to large mixing bowl, combine thoroughly using hands or stand mixer.
2. Drain and finely chop the tuna.
3. Add tuna to mixture and combine thoroughly.
4. Chill a minimum 2 hours.
5. Serve with crackers or toast.
