Goes well with Festive Cheese Ball.
- 12 oz. white chunk tuna or albacore
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sweet onion, diced
- 1/4 tsp Tabasco sauce
- 1 Tbsp chili sauce
- 1 Tbsp dried parsley
- Add all ingredients except tuna to large mixing bowl, combine thoroughly using hands or stand mixer.
- Drain and finely chop the tuna.
- Add tuna to mixture and combine thoroughly.
- Chill a minimum 2 hours.
- Serve with crackers or toast.
