Pasta Toss

Just try it; it’s good.

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 zucchini, chopped
  • 2 yellow squash, chopped
  • 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 lb. pasta of your choice
  • 1/4 grated parmesan cheese

Directions

  1. Heat olive oil in skillet over high heat.
  2. Add veggies and spices.
  3. Cook and stir for approximately 7 minutes (veggies should be crisp-tender).
  4. Toss with pasta and parmesan cheese
