Goes well with Tuna Pate.

Ingredients

• 16 oz. cream cheese, softened
• 1/2 cup sweet onion, diced
• 2 Tbsp pimentos, diced
• 1/4 tsp Tabasco sauce
• 1 Tbsp chili sauce
• 8 oz. cheddar cheese, finely shredded
• *optional – 1 cup crushed walnuts

Directions

1. Add all ingredients except cheddar cheese to large mixing bowl, combine thoroughly using hands or stand mixer.
2. Add 1/2 cheddar cheese and combine thoroughly.
3. Add remainder of cheddar cheese and combine thoroughly.
4. If desired, roll mixture into ball and coat with crushed walnuts.
5. Chill minimum 2 hours.
6. Serve with crackers or toast.
