Cucumber Raita

Cooling yoghurt based accompaniment to Indian dishes.

Ingredients

  • 1 cucumber.
  • 1 tub plain yoghurt.

Directions

  1. Dice cucumber. Stir into yoghurt.
  2. Chill in fridge for at least 2 hours.
  3. Serve to accompany curries. Good with jeera chicken and paratha bread (the frozen kind. 🙂 )
