Cooling yoghurt based accompaniment to Indian dishes.
- 1 cucumber.
- 1 tub plain yoghurt.
- Dice cucumber. Stir into yoghurt.
- Chill in fridge for at least 2 hours.
- Serve to accompany curries. Good with jeera chicken and paratha bread (the frozen kind. 🙂 )
