- 2 cups brown rice
- 1 can diced tomatos
- 2-3 chopped jalepenos
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 can water
- 2-3 chicken pieces, diced
- Stir ingredients together in large saucepan.
- Cook for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Serve with grated cheese, guacamole, olives, tortillas, etc.
